The Footprint Awards is the only programme exclusively dedicated to recognising good sustainability practice and environmental excellence in the Foodservice Sector.

Sustainability has moved on. From being the trendy buzz word a few years ago it is now accepted as a clear business principle; in some cases one that is embedded in the very culture of an organisation.

The issue remains the same - finite resources, diminishing in the face of an expanding population. Food and water security, energy and climate are just some of the concerns amongst its many environmental, social and economic facets; each one with an eye to the future at its heart, aimed at ensuring that, whatever the resource, there is enough for all forever. 

Footprint Awards represents the annual celebration of the work that organisations in the Foodservice industry are doing to in some way redress the balance for the benefit of themselves, their community and the industry at large. It is a celebration of initiative and innovation, of commercial imagination and endeavor.
